Leadership Training Program

This 6 - 8 week training program is an approach to problem solving that is creative, supportive, and seeks to identify and implement solutions quickly and efficiently. Cross-functional teams work on organizational pain points and develop a solutions roadmap. They are coached along the way prior to delivering a formal executive presentation. The leadership program takes organizational pain points to solutions.

It is designed to help leaders address specific organizational challenges or issues. This may involve identifying areas where the organization is experiencing pain points or challenges, such as communication breakdowns, inefficient processes, or conflicts between teams. The program focuses on developing the skills and capabilities needed to address these pain points, such as communication and conflict resolution skills, process improvement methodologies, or change management techniques. The goal is to equip leaders and managers with the tools and knowledge needed to take proactive steps to address organizational pain points and develop solutions that drive positive change.

The Leadership Training Program guides IT leaders through a structured ideation process. The result is an executive-level presentation that provides a. roadmap and solutions. Along the way, teams are provided with tools and templates and coached on their presentation styles.

Team Uplift Workshops

Based on Patrick Lencioni’s Working Genius Assessment, the workshops are designed to help individuals and teams identify their natural areas of talent and motivation and to understand how they can use these strengths to be more effective and engaged in their work. The workshop focuses on the overall team results and maps the team’s strengths. Facilitated discussions are conducted to discuss the teams' strengths. By understanding their strengths and how to use them in their work, individuals and teams can be more engaged and productive and work together to achieve common goals.

Team Coaching

We work with Teams to help them improve their performance, productivity, and effectiveness. We typically work with a team to identify areas where they can improve, set goals and action plans, and provide support and guidance. As a coach, we also help the team identify and address any conflicts or communication issues hindering their performance.

Team coaching helps teams develop their skills and capabilities and enables them to work together more effectively towards common goals.
